Flight inside the M.I.N

Indoor flying is practiced indoors, often in gyms. In NICE, you have the chance to use a much larger infrastructure!
The room dimensions are about 140 m long (we use only about 100 m), 45 m wide, with a height of 13 m minimum ceiling (about 18 m maximum).
Following the dissolution of the Departmental Aeromodelism Committee (CDAM06), decided by the French Federation of Aeromodelism (FFAM), during its restructuring at the end of 2016, the MACNICE was appointed to manage the modeling activity in the Flower Hall of the MIN of Nice Saint-Augustin (near the airport).
Our Club has therefore signed a new agreement, in early 2017, with the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropole, manager of the M.I.N. d'Azur. According to this convention, the M.A.C. NICE is allowed to use this huge hall that is the Flower Hall of the MNI. (Markets of National Interest) of Nice Saint-Augustin, on the days and times specified below.
Access to the M.I.N. is through the main entrance, on the road to Grenoble. Once you have entered, simply follow the "Marché aux Fleurs" signs, or follow the itinerary drawn on the M.I.N. hereinafter (red line).
*** To access it, you must present the magnetic access card which is given by the Club to frequent users.
Don't hesitate to ask the President of the Club, who will have it done for you very quickly.

- Tuesdays from 3 pm to 8 pm
- Thursdays from 3 pm to 8 pm
- Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm
In winter, the light turns on automatically, depending on the outside light, and runs for up to 20 hours.

Since 2018, given the very low indoor occupancy in summer, access to this site has been interrupted in July and August, which represents a significant saving on room rental. No M.I.N from July 1 to August 31

Please note, access is via the entrance of M.I.N. which is on the road from Grenoble to N ° 67.
Modellers members of other Clubs of the Department are cordially invited to practice the "indoor" flight in this room.
If they want to practice the activity regularly, they will be asked for a "track fee" which will also include the right to fly on our terrain of Levens.
